Yes, to secure your date we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. The rest of the payment is due 3 days prior to your event. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for an available future date within a full calendar year.

We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, and pavers or inside a venue or home.
We cannot under any circumstances set up on uneven grounds, rocks, gravel, mud or dirt.
Deposits are non-refundable unless weather related issues occur such as, rain or high winds. However we do not allow weather related cancellations until the day of the event, as most times it is only scattered showers. Deposits can also be transferred to a different date within a 12 month calendar year.
There is an 800lb weight limit. We have no age restrictions!
We cover all of Long Island.
Set up & break down are always included in the price! Delivery is included up to 30 miles from Huntington, NY. Delivery fee will be added if located outside of those parameters.
We ask that you make sure there is a power source within 50 feet of where you would like to set up.
Yes! Cleaned and fully sanitized. We take excellent care of our bounce house and deliver it in "like new" condition!
